Often times when I get hired by a company to take headshots of the whole team for the first time, or to do an overhaul of everybody’s headshots to achieve a consistent look.
Coming to their offices and setting up an on-location studio space allows me to photograph their whole team and be more efficient with everybody’s time.
Later on, depending on how many new hires join the team need headshots I can either come again to their location or the client can send them to my studio in downtown. In both cases either way the photos of the whole team remain consistent.
All the purchased images are retouched before delivery. Here is a list of everything included in the retouching:

Corporate group headshots on-location start from $550+gst for the first three subjects. For bigger groups additional individuals are charged at a lower rate depending on the number of people.
On-Location Staff Headshots Sessions last from 20 to 30 minutes per individual. The session is tethered to a laptop and by the end of the session the photos that will be retouched would have been selected.
Over the 6 years that I have been visiting clients’ locations to update their headshots I’ve shot in all kinds of scenarios possibles, from nice open meetings rooms with lots of space, Lobbies with gorgeous views, to sometimes 6 ft x 10 ft spaces in the kitchen area. I don’t require any large windows as a light source, I always bring my own lights so I can adjust and make it work no matter the space designated for me to work in. In an ideal world I would like to have access to a space at least 10 ft x 15 ft with tall ceilings.
Whether I’m photographing your staff at your office, creating new stock images for your website on your manufacturing location or you were able to convince your clients to allow you to film the work you’ve done for them, I am open to travel all across Canada.
After booking a session, whether is a Corporate Session or a Personal Branding Session, we’ll have a quick chat about what you should expect for the day of the shoot, part of it is: “What should I wear?”. For most Corporate Headshots sessions, one outfit is enough, I walk you through what to look for in an outfit for your session.
One of the key reasons why different outfits are required for the Personal Branding Session is the variety of background options available. Whether we want to take advantage of the old industrial aesthetic of the studio or the different seamless or hand-painted canvas backgrounds, the outfits you wear will have a huge impact on the final product.
Whether you want some variety for your content, want to incorporate your business location or you have to match an specific background color that aligns with your company’s brand guideline I can make it happen.
All studio and on-location shoots are tethered to an external monitor, allowing us to see the photos as they are being captured. This is immensely helpful in ensuring that we achieve the desired results and serves as a valuable tool for you during the shoot. I go the extra mile during the shoot because I believe that retouching should enhance what the camera captures, not correct mistakes made during the shoot.
The retouching process includes exposure and color correction, background cleanup, blemish removal, teeth whitening, dodge and burn, and color grading
I don’t have a hair and make-up artist on staff; however, I have worked with many over the 6 years that I’ve been in business, and I am happy to pass on their contact information for you to see their portfolio and check their availability. All of the people that I recommend meet the same standard of quality.
After booking your session, I will send a PDF (soon this will be replaced by a video tutorial) with some insight on what works best for each type of session. It provides examples and basic guidelines on what to wear for a great Corporate or Personal Branding Session.
Corporate Headshots are delivered within 3 business days after the shoot, Personal Branding usually take more time as the number of images to be delivered is higher, but usually they get delivered between 3-5 business days.
In the case that the images are required sooner, and express delivery service is available at an extra fee.
Both the Staff Headshots and Headshots Photo Booths services have significantly lower per person rate than the Corporate Headshot Session. The quality of the final result is the same, and in the case of Staff Headshots, the added benefit of being able to sent new hires into the studio at a discounted rate no matter if it’s only one person.
Life happens and sometimes you might not be able to make the session on time or at all on the date and time that was agreed upon. There is a re-scheduling fee of $100+gst if communicated at least 48 hours before the beginning of the session. If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to the non-refundable deposit will be taken and we will have to go through the booking process again.
For Personal Branding Session, I will encourage you to bring any props that will communicate your expertise to you audience. I’ve found that these photos become extremely useful specially when updating your website and creating social media content.

In this phase, I gather information to prepare for the shoot. If needed, I’ll visit your office to assess space requirements and scout locations for various photo opportunities. I’ll provide a calendar invite and a PDF guide on session preparation for you to share with your team.
I’ll arrive 90 minutes before the first subject to set up in a 15ft x 12ft space. Time slots range from 5 to 20 minutes per person. Photos are displayed on a laptop during the shoot for immediate feedback and coaching. We’ll select photos for retouching at the end of each session.
Retouching includes color and exposure correction, blemish removal, skin tone adjustment, background cleaning, teeth whitening, under-eye softening, stray hair removal, and color grading.
Images are delivered digitally via a Dropbox Link as JPGs. Usually cropped at a 3:2, 4:5 or 1×1 ratio depending on what was discussed in the pre-production phase.
